" Solana's work was absolutely flawless -- from my initial consultation with her several weeks before the wedding to my actual wedding day, she put me at ease and made me feel relaxed and confident for the big day. Her makeup application is subtle but personalized to each person's skin tone and preferences for color palette. She is extremely professional and approaches her work with a critical eye, but it is her warmth and personality that made me trust her from the minute I met her. I have never been able to get my eye makeup right (I am half Japanese and half white), but Solana made them look natural and beautiful on the first try. She also custom-blended my foundation from scratch and applied everything with a light, natural touch, but she added contouring and shading to accentuate my bone structure. It was the perfect amount of makeup for a daytime, outdoor wedding (where really heavy-handed application would have looked very fake). I would highly recommend her as a great value for what she charges and as a professional, personable makeup artist. "

" Solana, comes highly recommended! She took the time during our pre-wedding trial to understand my needs. She really listened to my areas of concern regarding certain aspects of my face that I was sensitive about and did not want highlighted. As she applied my Make-up on the day of my wedding, I got the “oohhs” and “ahhhs” from my bridesmaids. She showed me a mirror at different points just to make sure I was feeling ok with everything (which I really appreciated). Solana made me look amazing!!!
